1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1x111 website, downloading the 1x111 Android app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 1x111 platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 1x111. They apply to all use of the platform including sports betting, Slots, Live Casino, and any other products or features made available through 1x111 now or in the future. Using any feature of the platform after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with 1x111 and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1x111 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active account on the 1x111 platform. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of another person.

1x111 may request verification documents at any point to confirm the identity and eligibility of an account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of the account concerned, along with withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any PIN or security code — confidential and secure. 1x111 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 1x111 support immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1x111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage of depositing or withdrawing funds on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods at 1x111 include:

• JazzCash – instant mobile wallet deposit via the JazzCash app.
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposit via the Easypaisa app.
• Raast – real-time bank-to-platform transfer supported across all major Pakistan banks.
• Bank Transfer – standard transfers from any Pakistan commercial bank account.
• Debit/Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Pakistan banks.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet options as listed in the Deposit section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your 1x111 account at the time of making a transaction. 1x111 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks. 1x111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.

1x111 will not process withdrawals to any third-party account, payment method, or individual other than the verified account holder. Withdrawals requested to a payment method not previously used for deposits may require additional verification steps.

4 Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

Sports betting on 1x111 covers a wide range of markets including Cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and more than 30 other sports. By placing a bet on 1x111, you accept the following conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the 1x111 platform specifically offers a cash-out or bet edit feature on a given market.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• 1x111 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence of a pricing error.
• Live in-play bets are processed in real time. Connection issues on the user's side during live betting do not entitle the user to cancellation or re-placement of a bet at different odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

Results for settled bets are determined by the official result of the relevant match or event as reported by the sport's governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 1x111's determination based on the official result is final.

1x111 specifically prohibits the use of betting strategies designed to exploit platform errors, arbitrage across accounts, or guarantee profit regardless of outcome through artificial means. Any bets placed as part of such activity are subject to voiding.

5 Slots and Casino Games

1x111 offers a Slots library and Live Casino section for registered users. All Slots and Casino games are made available for entertainment purposes. By using these products, you acknowledge the following:

• All slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. No strategy, pattern, or timing of play influences the result of any spin.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game providers and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns for any individual session.
• Live Casino games are conducted with real dealers over live video streams. Results are determined by the physical outcome of the game in progress and cannot be influenced by the platform or the user.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply in all Slots and Live Casino games and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

1x111 is not responsible for any interruption to a Slots or Casino session caused by your internet connection, device, or browser. Where a session is interrupted mid-game, the platform will record the last confirmed state of the game and resume from that point where technically possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1x111 makes bonuses and promotional offers available to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement must be met before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from bonus play — can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds conditions for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms displayed at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 1x111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in use by eligible users at the time of the change.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

7 VIP Programme

The 1x111 VIP Programme rewards regular players across sports betting, Slots, and Live Casino. VIP points are earned based on activity across all product areas. Points contribute to VIP tier progression, which unlocks enhanced bonuses, improved withdrawal conditions, and dedicated support access.

Participation in the VIP Programme is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tiers and associated benefits are determined solely by 1x111 and may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time.
• VIP points are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed directly for PKR.
• 1x111 reserves the right to remove a user from the VIP Programme or adjust their tier if there is evidence of account abuse, bonus exploitation, or breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• VIP benefits apply to the account holder only and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to another user.

8 Responsible Gaming

1x111 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is intended for adult entertainment and should not be used as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 1x111 account holders at no cost and without affecting account status:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily or weekly PKR caps on how much you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

1x111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account under the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of duplicate account creation.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or other tools not expressly permitted by 1x111.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at 1x111 staff or other users.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance held in the account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method following the completion of any applicable review period.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 1x111 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed after any open bets are settled and any pending transactions are completed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1x111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of 1x111 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 1x111 content without prior written permission.

The 1x111 name, logo, and any associated brand marks may not be used in any context — including marketing, social media, or any other public-facing material — without explicit written authorisation from 1x111.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 1x111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical issues on the user's device or network connection.
• Financial loss resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond 1x111's control.

1x111 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. 1x111 is not liable for losses incurred during periods of unplanned downtime.

12 Governing Terms and Updates

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and 1x111 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements regarding the same subject matter.

1x111 may update these terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
